1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of De Palma Social Club ("Club"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Membership and Registration
2.1 Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. The Club reserves the right to reject membership applications at our absolute discretion.

- Individual Membership
- Family Membership
- Corporate Membership
2.3 Fees and Payment
All membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific terms.
3. Facility Usage
3.1 Facility Access
Members are entitled to use club facilities according to operating hours and established rules.
3.2 Court Booking
Court bookings must be made through the club's online system. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time.
3.3 Dress Code
Appropriate sports attire is mandatory. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with the dress code.
4. Conduct and Rules
Members must:
- Respect other members and staff
- Follow all safety regulations
- Maintain facility cleanliness
- Refrain from disruptive activities
- Comply with Malaysian laws
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1 Liability Disclaimer
The Club is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring on club premises.
5.2 Insurance
Members are advised to obtain their own personal insurance coverage.
5.3 Use at Own Risk
Use of facilities is at your own risk. Members acknowledge that sports activities carry inherent risks of injury.
6. Membership Termination
The Club may terminate membership under the following conditions:
- Non-payment of fees within the specified period
- Violation of club rules
- Inappropriate conduct
- Activities that damage the club's reputation
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Collection and use of personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through Malaysian courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
